Notos Mare – Terms & Conditions – Cancellation policy:
VALID for all reservations/activities in Chania, Marathi , Kolymbari and Sfakia (Chora Sfakion).
For all boat rentals, excursions, dive sessions and taxi boat transfers, if the sea conditions do not allow (Notos Mare decides if the wind factor is too severe or not to fulfill the activity) then we try to reschedule the activity for another date that is convenient for you and us depending on availability. Please note that the weather conditions in Crete can be very different from one place to another (North to South) so do not be put off by potential wind/bad weather if the area you are staying in is other than the area around Chania, Sfakia or Marathi.
If this is not possible and we have to cancel, then any amount paid is refunded.
If you cancel for personal reasons up to 15 days before reservation date, then any amount paid is refunded.
If you cancel for personal reasons under (and including) 15 days before reservation date, no amount paid is refunded.
Notos Mare does not use any private data/information provided by its clients publicly, or does it use any data for reasons other than the company´s private issues.
