DESCRIZIONE DEL TOUR

Starting from Kolymvari our first stop on this full day trip is Balos beach, a lagoon of outstanding natural beauty located at the far tip of Gramvousa peninsula, the most western point of Crete. The whole area has been declared a protected area by the Natura 2000 program and conservation of the area is our top priority. Leaving only our footprints in the pink-white sand, we take a swim in the turquoise waters of Balos and Gramvousa island before heading to our next stop, Menies. This hidden cove is located on the northeastern shore of the Rodopou peninsula, parallel to Gramvousa. Menies is located on the site of ancient Diktynna, which was the most important temple of the goddess Vritomartis, who is believed to be goddess Artemis. After a refreshing swim on the pebbly beach, our last stops are to Choironissia, Limnionari and Sfako where you can find sea caves, which have been created naturally over time, and are open to exploration. Then we make our way back to Kolymbari.

Our taxi boat services are available 24/7 all year round from our base in Sfakia. We can either take you to your destination or pick you up from your starting point offering you a punctual and reliable service. Our home port is the port of Chora Sfakion. This way we can serve amongst others, the ports of Loutro, Agia Roumeli, Sougia and Paleochora and of course all the beaches in between such as Glyka Nera (Sweet Water beach), Lykos, Phoenix, Marmara, Agios Pavlos, Tripiti and Lissos.
Depending on the number of people and/or luggage and of course the weather conditions, our boats can transfer from 1-2 people to groups of 40 or more.
Time flies when you're enjoying yourself on the south coast so if you accidentally miss the ferry, get in touch with us and we ́ll come and pick you up.
